As this academic year draws to a close, I am delighted to be able to report to you that once again it
has been a busy, productive and successful one. It’s also pleasing to be able to say that this view is
equally shared by Ofsted! I can
now officially say that Bankfield is Outstanding! We are amongst the top 8% of Secondary Schools nationally who achieve this grading. It is also
a very proud moment for our school as we are the first and only Halton Secondary School to have
achieved this outstanding judgement. Once again I would like to thank you for the level of your support
you have shown.
